Operating Principle
The separator operates based on rotational centrifugal force. When gas laden with dust and particulate matter enters the dust collector via the air inlet, the airflow speed drops sharply and begins to rotate, generating a strong centrifugal force. Under the influence of this centrifugal force, heavier particles are hurled towards the outer wall, slide down along it, and are ultimately discharged through the ash discharge port. Meanwhile, the lighter gas is released through the cyclone pipe, effectively achieving dust removal.
